cbe lawyer sent sheriff to serve civil suit. The hospital patient who owes moved 12 years ago. I told hospital repeatedly. CBE never contacted thru validation letter etc.

If it's the latter, send a cease and desist letter. If it's the former, you'll have to respond to the summons and show up in court to defend yourself.
