I am being sued by acompany called ram property in georgia i broke my lease jan 06 i owed 2months rent and know they have left a writ summons on the floor out side my apartment i was never served and mind you this was 17 months ago i have had no contact until now i filed for bankruptcy aug of 05 and it was discharged 12/05 will this cover this debt.

since you broke your lease and incurred debt after the bankruptcy was discharged, I'm pretty sure it it not covered under the filing. To be sure, I would consult with the bankruptcy attorney who handled your filing. There may be some remedies available, but you must ask the experts. Good Luck (Been there, done that)
