I have a Lease Contract Guaranty the collection agency sent me with my information on it, however it is not signed by me. Can I dispute that I owe the money for my daughter breaking her lease if my signature is not on the document?

You most certainly can, and should, dispute that. If your daughter was the one on the lease, they cannot come after you unless you signed as well on the lease. If your daughter entered into that lease without you, then they cannot force you to pay it. I would send them a certified letter explaining to them that you did not sign any lease and that since you were not a party to that lease contract, that you are not legally liable to pay on that contract. Now, if you did sign on it as well, then you are on the hook for the money.
