Need input on more scammers!

When I arrived at work today my coworked informed me that the caller John myers had called there as well and was asking her or my shedule for the week but she did not provide him with any information.

You need to report this to the police.

again this the scam in INDIA.let your co-workers know this.he is a loser in another country who would be in jail if he was in this country.do not talk to him.file AG,and FTC complaints.use either of the numbers you mentioned.do not talk to him in any way.have your co-workers just hang up on him when he calls.a waste of your time to talk to him.

Should I change my cell phone number since it is my cell phone number and my work number they are calling?

I would if I were you, I am sure that your cell phone provider will allow you to change it free, since you are receiving threatening calls and have filed complaints.

My hr department told me from last time to have coworkers tranfer these calls to them, should i have HR try to get any information from them when they call again?

So am I correct in my interpretations of the responses above that I should report both of the callers to the FTC and AG, and that they are both part of the scam out of INDIA. Also that I need to file a police report about this matter. should I also include the prior incidents in from last month with affidavit consolidation services and department of law and investigation(the 2 other scammers I have been threatened by) that I have filed complaints with the FTC and AG?

i have recieved the same phone calls friday from the same number when i found out that this was just a scam i was very upset . I tried to get as much information as i could from them but they wont give you any other than if you want to reslove this with out going to jail you must pay a certain amount of money by the end of the day. They wnat you to fax them a letter giving permission to to debit your credit card for that crtain amount they want your credit card information etc. I told them not to call me at my job or on my cell phone. I also told them i knew what they were up to. So john myers called me again today on a different number 719-466-4354 and 719-466-9470 when i wouldnt answer my phone he called me at work i told him again not to me that i was going top the police about the calls and the threats and he hung up on me im not real sure who i need to call but any help would be nice the police here act like they really dont know what to do about this i live in alabama any help would be nice thank you very upset and stressed out over the matter.

I just got the same call today.Fiiing loosers. like we don't have enough stuff to worry about. I knew there was something fishy about it when he said his name was Brad Smith with an Indian accent. They are soo lucky we can't meet physicaly!
