What are my legal rights regarding Zipcash payday loans in Texas. i took out a 350 loan, didn't read the fine print and they have taken 5 payments of 105 and nothing has gone to principle.

There is a letter on this site that you can send to them. Spell out in the letter how much you have paid in interest. Sounds like to me you have already paid the principal off. If you PM me I will help you with the letter.

Here's the link to the settlement letter, just add your state's pdl laws, and from the looks of it, and the fact that your state doesn't allow roll overs, demand they mark your account paid in full and let them know you have filed a formal complaint with your state's attorney general.
