I personally have never heard of them. My suggestion to you would be to check the Better Business Bureau in the state that they are operating out of. That way if there have been any complaints about them you will be able to find out and how they handled the situation.

I am currently with them and for the most part they are working out. I do have to say they seem like a small operation, but my bills are being paid and my balances are down signifcantly.

According to their BBB report they have a B- rating showing 29 complaints in the last 36 months.

I currently am enrolled with BSI and the only complaint I have is that sometimes they miss making one of my payments and so I have to call them in order to see why exactly happened to a bill that was not paid after I sent them payment. This has happened on 3 different occasions.

I am currently a customer and I am not happy at all.

I just tried to call them. Their phone number has been disconnected. They have taken the last two payments from my account, but they have not posted any payments to my cards.

Any ideas on how to contact them or get my money back if they have skipped town?

If this is a common problem, anyone wanna get in on a class-action?

I've been with them for a few years. This is kind of scary.

Sorry for publicly suggesting that they skipped town and mentioning lawsuits. Money makes us all a little jumpy.

They are still in business, and the lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful.

I have been working with BSI for 2 years and they have been nothng short of professional with me and they have done everything they said that they would.
