drillboy, If I remember correctly, you overpaid all your loans? If so, why do you want to settle and pay them more. I would send them the letter your original letter stating they owe you. E-mail it fax it. If this came as an e-mail, I would e-mail a response back saying no thanks and add your letter to the body of the e-mail. But it is your call if you decide to settle or not.
