Well... I don't have a personal experience working with them so it will not be possible for me to let you know whether or not you can get your money back. However, let me ask you this - Did you contact Legal Network of America (LNOA) for any kind of debt resolution services?
no luck here. I was sued by one ceridtor and lost, $17000 judge
no luck here. I was sued by one ceridtor and lost, $17000 judgement against me - litigation pending with a second creditor, negotiated my own settlement outside of lnoa with a third creditor, and supposedly they negotiated a deal with a 4th however no payment was ever made with the 4th. Out of the over 6000 that i paid last year there was only 1200 in my account when i closed with them . they kept 80% of my payments. Shame on me for not reading the fine print and shame on them for screwing those of us that were trying to pay down our debt!
