You can try to, but cashcall will probably say they won't work with consolidation companies. They can be a very difficuly company to work with.

They probably will not work with them. If you don't pay them, they will call you 20 times a day. Then after a while, they will have a guy with a really mean-sounding voice call and basically threaten you. They will also come to your home and bug you.
Instead of settling, they'll just sue. And they have an in-house collections department.

Yep, but before they sue they will usually wait about 6-8 months so that your loan will accrue a ton more interest, see once they have a judgement the interest rate is set by law. So they won't get their 99% interest anymore.
These guys are crazy. They are the lowest of the low in "personal loans" and prey on the poor. On a $2500 loan you can end up paying almost $10,000 if you don't make more then your minimum payments. Ridiculous!
