Need Advice: Looking for Debt Consolidation

I have about 20K in debt. I own a home that is paid for in another state, thats worth 75K. I do not want to sell it. But I would rather get some kind of Debt Consolidation loan, that just pays off my debt, nothing more. The question is? Is there such a program? If so how safe are they?
