was thinking the same thing mobile.i just tried the number,yes it has been disconnected.i'll try there website.

I just called back and asked my client care rep. She said they had severe thunderstorms over the weekend that made the power go out and they had to reset their phone system this morning. When they do that the phone company can't connect so you get the message that they've been disconnected. But it's fine now.
