Another link on this same website said that payday loans are completely legal in NJ. This is why I am confused....alot of conflicting information. Could you please clarify, and do you know the specific statute for this law?:confused:

I'm currently going through the process using a service called, Payday Support Center. Apparently, the two internet lenders I used are illegal per PA state law (no internet payday lenders allowed). I've already closed my previous bank account and opened a new account. Payday Support Center is sending both lenders Validation of Debt Requests. Then we wait, but the support center rep I spoke to at great lengths thinks things will be settled no later than November 2012, especially since internet payday loans are illegal in PA. I do have to pay a fee to Payday Support, but after ready/talking to these folks I decided to take a chance on them helping me. Shelley, Pittsburgh, PA.
