I am 20 years old living in Danville, Virginia. I have lots of bills to pay and I just started my new jobs in April of 2007. I have a credit card with Capital One and a credit card with Bank of America. I have hospital and doctor bills. I have a very expensive cell phone bill. I have a student loan to pay off and several other debts. I won't start making top pay on my new job until my three month trial period is over. I had been unemployed since November of 2006 and wasn't able to make the minimum payments. I need help because right now I'm not able to pay the huge amounts that it has developed into. The best time to call me is after 7pm. Thanks!

First of all, make sure you pay special attention to your immediate bills, such as food, car, etc, next is the student loan, since it is one that can be garnished from your wages. Next, talk with the credit card people about working out some sort of workable payment plan, one that won't cause you financial strain, at least anymore than you are now. The cell phone bill, if you don't use the carrier anymore can wait. What ever you do, do not apply for online payday loans or store front payday loans, that will only make matters worse. Since you are a registered member, someone should be contacting you soon.
