Well, your debt situation doesn't look that severe to me that you have to file bankruptcy. So, keep it as your last option. As for debt consolidation, you can check the companies listed in this site. I think these can be trusted.
However, you can also try 'doing it yourself' if you think you can pull it through because the consolidation companies would charge some fees which you can save through DIY.

i recommend none, they have a 90% failure rate and the companies usually take alot of your money in fees.
i had a client once tell me that he had 10k in debt and for 3 years of being in this kind of program he invested 3k and when he looked back at his balances they only went done 1 thousand dollars.
if anything take your biggest debt with the highest interest and apply the most money you can towards that balance and pay the mins on the smaller ones until the biggest is gone, the repeat this same plan onto the next biggest one with the highest interest rate. this is called debt stacking. works well if you want to keep your credit. if you dont care about your credit i would seriously look hard into a GOOD debt settlement company, or do it on your own, the problem with settling your debts on your own though is you really dont know how low a creditor can go down to, ive seen some reallly bad settlements from clients that have settled themselves.
just some thoughts for you to have.
