Marriage separation - lower payment for debt cons. loan?

I have a debt consolidation loan with CARE ONE and I'm currently in the process of an amicable separation from my husband. I'll be moving out & renting an apartment. I have a debt consolidation loan from CARE ONE and I can not afford the monthly payment when I leave. I need to stay legally married because of health care. What can I do?
