I'm helping my friend look into lowering her monthly payments that she pays out every month? Who should I talk to.
Tell her to speak with the original creditor, explain her situat
Tell her to speak with the original creditor, explain her situation, and ask if they [original creditor] can do something to lower her payments. That's where I would start. :)
