i recieved a few calls from lumbardo davis firm stating i needed to make payment arrangements for a debt. they told me the company they were calling about and it was a real debt that i owed so i set up arrangements for the amount to be debited bi-weekly on my paydays until the debt was satified. i wrote down everything they told me including the total amount i needed to pay. the debt should have been satisfied in full with my last payment but today my account was debited for the same amount that i was paying them but by another company that i cant find a number for through google to refund my money and the bank my card is though doesnt have a clue! is there somewhere i can report them to?

Hi!
Welcome to the forums!
You should not have paid any money to the firm just because they have claimed that you owe money to them. You should have checked whether the debt was really yours. Anyway, if you are sure that the debt has been satisfied with your last payment, then you won't have to make any further payment.

You can ask your bank branch manager to put a hard debit check on your account. This way, no one can debit any amount from your account.
