It is an internet pdl company. Contact your bank immediately and see if they can return the deposit. Stay away from them, they will bleed you dry. I will check to see if I can find any contact info. on them and post it for you. Also what state are you in? I would file a complaint with your AGs office ASAP

Yes do that and put a block on it. It is a fradulent company. I got the funds deposited into my account and when I couldn't find any information, the telecheck coudlnt' find any information and the bank couldn't find any information they put a block on it at my request. And tell them to send all money back but the problem it comes up with that is there is no correspondance the bank has. Red flag it anyways with your bank.

Be careful with the numbers you are receiving. There is a company I called and they said that they are getting alot of calls from people inwhich the company in question that gave you the loan isn't a true company. THis company have notified the right authorities on this. You do need to block them from you account. You will either start getting a call from them or nothing at all. I haven't gotten one call from them at all. IT has been 3 months now.

Yea thats what my bank said and the number they gave me was the one for gymboree. They (my bank) have red flagged it and are attempting to return the money and have put a stop on all deposits or withdrawls from that company. They also suggested I change my account number but my husband and I both get direct deposit and I have a lot of bills that are paid automatically through that account. What a pain!

Yah but the bank is only trying to protect you the consumer. Notify the companies that are being paid automatically that you will be changing your account and you will notify them of the new account number. They do however any payroll will automatically put it in your new account. My account got changed and they did add it into my new account. Then change it with your companies. If your bank is telling you to change it then change it. It only protects you.

I have childsupport and payroll going in mine automatically so I know how you feel.

Amimiculp, you may need to change your bank account, majority of us here have had to do this. They go by so many different dbas it is impossible for your bank to locate all of their names, trust me, your bank will never be able to find all the dbas they go by. It's ridiculous.

These pdl companies have so many dbas you will never be able to figure them all out, Magnum is also Debt Doctor and probably a few others as well.

If any one knows of a Sagamore Inc. that gives out payday loans as well i could use a number for them as well. thank you

I emailed him and got my account PIF, but no refund. They would owe me about $1000, but he told me that he could not issue the refund that I had to go through their main office in the West Indies!

I didnot get a loan why are they takeing money out of my acct

Talk to your bank, mine is filing a claim, closed my account, opened a new one, and gave me money back, I also filed a complaint with the BBB, my bank is also looking into and if necessary getting the authorities involved, No one has to take a loss here if they did not authorize them doing what they are doing. This is ridiculous, and un wanted. With as many people who are having the same issue here, and you all make complaints, this will be resolved and all should come out with their money back. Dont just sit and try to figure it out, take action, and make them pay for what they have done to us all! Group Class Action Case???????

Does anybody have any new info on this company or debt doctors i applied for several payday loans online and didnt think i got one then i checked my account balance and had 2 deposits 1 for 300 & then 1 for 200 need to know how to get in touch with them thanks

:evil: me and my wife opened a checking account and were having a financial problem so i went online and started to fill out a couple of loan applications and then my wife and i decided we would figure out some other way to get money and we cancelled ourloan applications and the next thing i know money showed up in our account and our bank dont have any info on where it came from,so now we have to close our account and open a new one .all the bank had was a company name of magnumzllc

hey folks I had the same problem with this outfit! Didnt fill out an application for them they just deposited 300.00 im my account! Now I aint stupid I know they didnt do it for free and so they will be comming for a payment or payments! Funny thing I never recieved a confirmation of the loan be accepted all online loan places I have dealt with in the past send a confirmation and call you! I smell something fishy

I have been getting $90 taken out of my account every month and somehow they said that I signed up and they deposited the money in the account which I verified but never realized it was done. What can I do to stop them from doing it again. I figured that I have paid them back well more than I borrowed and would like some back. Any Ideas?
