Mann bracken

The collection agency Mann Bracken in California has shut down - about 3-4 motnhs ago including their office in Georgia that is bankrupt.. They currently are still collecting my wage garnishments through a levying officer. I'm concerned as to where my money is going. Especially since I have case with state attorneys in California and Georgia. Does anyone know how I would proceed in either stopping anymore payments or find out how I can get a settlement letter for a company that no longer exists? The original creditor Doscover Bank claims they have nothing to do with this although their name is on the judgement court papers.

I'm sure that filing bankruptcy by Mann Bracken doesn't free you from your liability of satisfying the judgment.
