Letter Paying Off Medical responsibility

Paying off a medical responsibility to a client and want to write a letter telling individual that I am paying this amount and do hold or come back to me for more money.


Welcome to the Community :D I am not exactly what you are talking about here. Are you trying to do a settlement offer to a medical bill you owe?

As far as them coming back after you, unless you get it in writing that they will consider this paid in full and that they won't do this, they will come back.

Is this bill with the original creditor or collection agency, and you are sure this is a valid debt?

Paying off a medical bill on child that was bitten by my dog and the parents gave me the medical bill to pay. Don't want them coming back to me later for more money and/or suiting me.
