I just recieved a summons for Midland Funding LLC. and they have contacted a lawyer to take me to court. I have tried to work with this company and they refused to help me. So I was wondering by them contacting a lawyer does that mean they have broken any of these rules. please i need your help.

Ok...what state do you live in, when was your last payment and what type of debt is this? You need to answer the summons.
