Hello im trying to find out who is midland funding? I was sued back in 2002 and didn't know until today when i got a call sayin i was not approve for my low income because midland funding is sueing me and i have no idea why. Can somebody tell me what do i have to do to find out whats going on?

Wait are you being sued now or were you sued nine years ago? The judgement from 2002 should be off your report by now. If you're currently being sued that is different. I dealt with Midland Credit Management. In my case it was legitimate.
