This company has harassed me from October 2010 til Now. and I have told them numerous time the person they are attempting to contact does not live at my residence. They must be a bunck of desperate idiots. They call 3 to 5 times a day, they call after 9PM CST, Sundays and on Holidays 7/4/11 they called my house at least 3 times. I have been a Collector for Banks and Collection Agency's and I have never called anyone more than two times a week. At its is against the law to call on after 9PM, Sundays, and Holidays, also when someone tells you not to call there telephone number the person they are seeking does not live there they ignore you. Now if they were good collectors they would get out their credit bureau report to do some skip tracing. At the rate they are going this company won't collect any money.

You need to read the FDCPA...it is not illegal to call sundays or holidays. Collectors can call 365 days a year from 8am to 9pm. The only issue you have is the after 9pm call.
Send them a letter IN WRITING...again this requirement is in the FDCPA to cease and desist calls.
