:evil:I made arrangements to pay back a debt with this group in 3 payments, they took it out all in one lump sum. When I contacted them they said it would take 10 days to get my money back (I'm not sure that will even happen). I want an email address for them as I want to sent notice of intent to sue both in writing, on the phone and via email and by fax.... leave nothing to chance.

No one will take you seriously threatening suing via email. It should be done via certified mail ONLY. You then have a hard copy paper trail.
