Debt on Pennys account 2009

Midland Credit Management called me up and the gentleman that talked to me was very foreign probably from India cause I could hardly understand me. I told him back in 2009 Penny's didn't want me to send them money so I thought they sold my acct and just wrote it off. This man I talked to was very rude to me and demanded 90.00 today and no working with me.

If they are able to validate the debt, then only you should think about negotiating with them for the payments.
