Hello my name is Nicole and I am in need if help.
I took out a 1500 loan from mobiloans 1 year and 6 months.
I feel like I can never finish it off, I looked on the account and says I only have paid off 200 dollars which makes no sense!
Is mobiloans illegal in florida?
How do I get out of it??
Every month I have paid 256 dollars for 1 year and 6 months which adds to $4,608! I overpaid them :(

You have overpaid them. Right? So, you have got the answer yourself only. Take the following steps to protect your finances:

Revoke your ACH authorization with the bank. I don't know if bank is open in your area due to CoronaVirus. In that case, it's better to call the bank and ask if you can revoke ACH authorization online. I

Next, send an email to Mobiloans and tell them that you want a refund. Okay. If they don't send any refund, then you will take legal steps since the loan agreement is NULL and VOID.

Check your state payday loan laws. Can they give you such a big amount? Wait, let me check once.

These scumbags have violated yet another rule. They can't lend more than $500 to borrowers. Due to the pandemic, they will make a lot of fuss but don't leave them. Get back your refund. Send them emails.

Hey Nicole!

Mobiloans are illegal in Florida.

So, do not pay anything extra to them. Rather you can ask them to return the extra amount that you have paid to them.
