1. First of all, when you are working with them and they tell you to call back tomorrow and they give you their direct number - it is a bunch of crap. They never return your calls and if you call the direct line and ask for the person, they are never available.
2. If they tell you they will call you back - don't believe them because they don't.
3. I had an account enrolled with them and ended up being served a summons. I did not want to go to court and at the time I did not have the funds available to settle so I ended up calling the bank myself to set up a payment plan.
I need help in figuring out what my next step should be with this company. In reading my agreement and because I did not have the funds, I don't know if I can withdraw this account and get my money back or not. I am so angry and upset at their service. I wish I had found this site first.
If anyone can help me, please do. Any suggestions!!!!

The first thing I would do is file a complaint with the BBB against them if they refuse to give you a refund. I have read other bad stories about them. Go to the BBB website and see what their record is.

I will file a complaint if I do not get this resolved with credit solutions. I talked with them and they had me fill out a form and fax it to them. Hopefully, they will remove the account and refund my money.

I just wish I had found this site before I signed with them but like I said it is too late. I do have to say that they were able to get 1 card settled at 35% that saved me a ton of money.
It does say in the agreement and I quote: "If Company is unable to settle an enrolled account, Company will refund to Client, and amount equal to 15% of that particular account balance at initial enrollment. Client must have sufficient funds to settle the account in order to be eligible for service guarantee."
I did have sufficient funds but the CA said no negotiation that they will only take the full amount.
I guess this means they better give me a refund.
