Need Some Help

I have having some different thoughts and would like some input from others. I have about $8,000 in credit card debt, I have looked at several debt settlement companies, and I have looked at Money Management and a Debt payment plan, which would take 4 years, but I would be paying off everything I owe. Does not sound too bad. Now with a debt settlement, what would be some down falls, I hear I may have to claim the portion settled on my taxes, I hear the companies can still come after me, just want some insite as to what would be better, the settlement or a debt management plan.

You can also consider the Do it Yourself method-it is located under the tab of Ranking Chart at the top of your screen..Just be sure and check out anyone you may be considering and ask the questions!!..Good Luck..KAren
