I own a credit car for 5000 the company is know sueing me I have a court day what happen to me if I dont go becouse i dont have money to pay back
Though you don't have the money to pay back, you should still go
Though you don't have the money to pay back, you should still go to the court. If you don't do so, the creditor will get a default judgment against you. It is better to go to the court and inform the creditor about your financial situation. You can even try and settle the dues with your creditor.
