I'm going to court in a few weeks for a loan of $2,600.00 from cash call. I simply fell into a hole that I can't bounce from at their rates.Has anyone gone through this I'm not sure of what to expect except that they want their money.

I am sorry to hear about your finance trouble...I too am having money troubles of the worst kind! I am not sure what will happen in court, but I can advise you that you definately need to show up otherwise cashcall will get a defaul judgement...I suspect you should probably have a copy or other proof of all the payments you have made to this company, as well as a copy of the original loan agreement with you. I wish you the best of luck.....

hmmm So i did some research on this cashcall and I think that they are taking advantage of people...After looking at their loans...Did you all realize that on a $5000 loan plus the 75 fee with an IR of 59% and an apr of 59.95% with 84 payments at 254.03 you are paying over 20 grand for a 5 grand loan???

I was one of those desperate people. I got a loan for $2600 also. I paid the $75 down payment and have since paid over 3700 and the principle has gone down about $100. To pay it completely off, I would have to pay over $8,000. I am doing a debt settlement with one of the credit counseling agencies that contacted me when I signed up on this site. I put them down as one of the creditors. However, I have heard that they are very hard to work with and will fight a settlement. I know they are calling me every hour on the hour.

I also have a loan through cash call. They threaten to take me to court after I had not paid them for 4moths. My payment was 216.55 month. Then I finally got a call from one very nice rep. She changed my payment to 127.12 a month and dropped my interest rate. It is still outrageous and some of their people are really rude.
