Nelly I have a problem that I hope you can answer for me, how do I get money back from Zwicker if my acct. is already paid in full. My e-mail is * look forward to hearing from u.

I don't understand your query. If you have paid off an account (that you owed) in full, then there is no chance of getting your money back. I mean why should Zwicker pay you back? However, if you have made payments on an account that was already paid in full, then you should contact the supervisor of the collection agency. He may be able to help you out.
