debt management program

Hi,
I forgot to add in my previous posting that I do not want to refinance my mortgage. We have a really low fixed rate that I do not want to touch.
I am trying to resolve this problem with a level head. With the financial crisis that the country is facing, I don't want to do anything in haste.
I have also checked the debt management companies for my home state and most of them are mortgage companies,
I thank you for the input I received so far and will receive.
I just want to be able to sleep and night and not wake up with nightmares. I also don't want to add to my spouse's stress.
Unlucky

Has anybody been sued who used Superior debt relief?
Sorry, My mind is working overtime and I forgot to include it before?
Most likely yes. I guarantee you that no matter what settlement
Most likely yes. I guarantee you that no matter what settlement company you go with in the entire united states they have had client get sued . It is always a risk " although a very small risk but still a risk non the same ". Beware of any settlement company that tells you that you can`t be sued . Even the best in the industry can't make that promise.
