Credit Card debts

Hi,
Collections agencies are calling me to collect on a debt that are more 5 years old from the day that I defaulted. These are all credit card debts. What are my options , Do I qualify for the SOL? i cant afford to pay them anymore, financial income has changed thats why I defaulted on them since 2007. The total debts on all the credit card bills are aproximately less than $10,000 and they are leaving me a message stating that they will move forward for a law suit. i also had a judgement filed against me and didnt receive any summons but when my credit was checked, there it shows. What can I do?

SOL's run from 3-15 years depending on the state you live in. Check out the SOL link in the bottom of my signature line.

Have you looked your case up online on your local county court website?? If you were not served, you could motion the court to set aside the judgment based on lack of service.
If they other account does sue you, are you prepared for your wages to be garnished or your bank account to be levied???
