wy i pay my settelment for over one month i con not get the receit to give my bank i talk to rose marie she was the one i talk to she take my information she give me a ac # that is not good i want back my money shs work for mrs associates shoud i sue

Yes, you should be receiving receipts after making payments to them, Contact the collection agency and demand for payment receipts. I don't think they will return your money. If they still don't provide you with a receipt, then you may consult a legal expert regarding this issue.

Collection agencies do not provide receipts for your payment. Your cashed check or paid copy of your money order is the receipt. Contacting an attorney will not do anything. Collection agencies are not billing services.

Receipts can be of any form - cashed check or copy of the money

Receipts can be of any form - cashed check or copy of the money order. But there has to be some for of receipts. Otherwise it will be impossible to prove that you have made any payment to the collection agency. You may get some more information regarding this issue from the following url:
