Calls from MRS

I have recently recieved several calls from MRS. Two weeks ago I informed them that they had the wrong person. However, they keep calling. Before identifying themselves or the reason(s) for their calls they inform me that I am being recorded. This I believe violates Florida statues. I do not owe anyone money and find these calls annoying.
