It is not legal for collection agency to ask wage assignment. They should go by the method of debt collection. They can garnish your wage if they win a judgment against you. IMO you must put a stop to it immediately.

if you gave a blanket revocation stating that you revoke any,and all wage assignments.that should work.if not draft one stating that,and let the bottomfeeders send anything they want.guest is right.once your bases are covered there they need a court order to garnish.i would let your employer know that wage assignments are not transerable.meaning this is still the same assignment.

The wage assignment that the CA has is the same one that you sig
The wage assignment that the CA has is the same one that you signed with the PDL. If you already revoked it with the PDL, then the PDL gave the CA a wage assignment which is in effect useless.
If you have proof that the PDL received your revocation (ie if you sent it certified), then the CA is breaking the Credit Practices Rule by trying to use it. Just inform your payroll that you already revoked it.
