Annnoying Beep

We get multiple calls from my place of business with the caller ID saying The CBE Group. Problem is, you answer, get a beep in your ear than a dial tone. Multiple numbers all with the same caller ID tag saying The CBE Group all with the same beep then a dial tone. I must say it really is quite annoying. Especially since we are a reputable business with no bad debts.
