how to negotiate when you have multiple cards

I was wondering what is the best way to negotiate when you have multiple cards with the same company. I have 3 cards with Bank of America that are at different stages . Should I negotiate them all at one time or should I try to get individual settlements? Would settling one maybe make the others less likely to settle with a good offer since they can see that I'm trying to settle? I also have 2 accounts with Discover.
I had 2 cards with B of A and settled both at the same time.BUT
I had 2 cards with B of A and settled both at the same time.BUT they were BOTH 120 days late too.
