I just got a call from Mycashnow about my loan that was orignally $610 and now is $1000 I was informed that they will work with T & C but they want more money a month on the balance, I asked the Sheri about the charges put on it and she informed me that since they were internet based that they didnt have to follow any jurisdiction of any state, Of course that means not mine and that she would have a supervisor call me back if I wanted to discuss the legal aspects of what they were charging me, I have already paid 180 on this in finance or interest however they want to call it But yet they want another $400 on top of that, Im stressing over here They are the ones that I got the certified back on as they werent at the address and when I asked her about it on the phone today she informed me that they have been moving alot Imagine that!
I need the Address for the Las Vegas address

She told me If I could send the $60 dollars today moneygram the fees would stop what would you guys do go ahead and pay that?

I believe that MyCashNow, like any other internet loan company is required to follow the state laws while charging interests on the loan accounts. They are trying to misguide you by not disclosing the legal charges. You must check the state laws and send the link to them. They will have to get back to you with proper facts.
