Success ...NAF case dismissed

My neighbour has an account with Gerald Moore that was going thru arbitration. The post office delivered the mail (certified no less) to our house and one of my kids signed for it. My husbands last name and the neighbour's last name are very similar. So he was able to dispute that he had not been served plus sent a DV to Gerald Moore....he got a letter today saying that the case had been dismissed!! Guess Moore could not validate!
