This company "helped" me to settled one of my accounts on 01/2408, It has recently been brought to my attention that I have had a civil complaint filed against me from the same creditor. No one at NAFS wants to know about it, they are rude to me and disrespectful too. I have documents from this company to prove that this account was settled. These documents state that NAFS will notify the creditor of the settled account, but they did not. Could you please give an advice? I will appreciate it.

You should let your creditor know that you've paid off the account through NAFS and show the required documents to the creditor. If it's mentioned in the documents that NAFS will notify the creditor of the settled account, then they are legally bound to do that. If they haven't done so, you may take legal actions against them.
