Are these people for real? They leave messages saying I need to call them concerning a very important business matter but due to the sensitive nature of the business they can't go into it . I'm supposed to call them back. They even left a number to call. 1-800-304-8519 Ask for Mr. Lynch. I'm not giving them the satisfaction of returning the call. i'm not as stupid as they seem to think I am,

Sounds like it is National Action Financial Services, a debt collector who seems to like to break the law. They are likely attempting to collect a debt. You should call them back insofar as to get a good solid mailing address as well as some basic details of the debt. Do not admit to anything and don't let them rope you into a conversation. Ask them for these things:

1. Name of original creditor and amount supposedly owed.
2. A good mailing address.
3. Inform him that now he has made contact with you, you will be expecting the dunning letter he has to send you within five days, by law.

Anything else they ask you simply state "I am not discussing this alleged debt until I get the letter required by law." Parrot yourself. If he gives you a hard time about giving the address, inform him that he is already in violation as they are require by law to provide that information. Tell him you will be expecting the letter, then hang up.
