So I keep getting these same calls and the gentleman on the other end tells me his name is "James Green". This person is so far from having an american name just like I ride a camel to work. hen asked for their contact information I am transfered to someone else has a name that I can assure you is not on his birth certificate. This person also willnot give me his address. They stopped calling for a little while and started up again last week...What shall I do

Write down their number and file a police report. Tell them you are aware this is a scam and that they need not call you anymore because they won't be getting anything from you. If they continue to call, don't answer.
