They say that they have reviewed my credit report with one reporting agency - not all three and the amount they listed for my debts was completely wrong, and they offered me a chance to be "eligible" for a 50% reduction in what I owe. I was asked to call them immediately. Well they are just like the other hundreds of parasite companies that run teh same scam. What they like to do lately is that after you have been paying them for about 6 or 8 months and they still have not made any notifications or payments on your behalf - they file bankruptcy and you not only lose all of your money but you are now in bigger trouble with the creditors that they told you not to pay. They are sitting pretty fat on your dime and all they do is change thier name and start again with a new batch of those of us drowning in debt. Just file bankruptcy - your credit is already shot and you cannot make the payments with the crazy interests raising that is happening with creditors. You would think that the bailout money that was given to these banks and lenders would be to help stave off interest increases in old debt but it seems to be the opposite.
