im on a disabilty pension and i have a lot of debt in creditcards and other bills i dont get very much in a pay does any one have any advice

You can check with the 'do it yourself' corner to make yourself aware of the several ways of tackling debt problem.

Have you checked the SOL on any of this debt? Have you sent DV letters? If this debt is out of SOL you cannot be sued. I am not advocating not paying debt but you need to be careful of re-aging if it is old and there has been no activity on it.
