Thinking of Debt Settlement

Bought a business two years ago, and now has debt of over $60K. Trying to sell the business but will takes time. If business sell, may be able to pay back. But right now the monthly payment is killing me and I am also late in my rent (business) - 3 months. Thinking of debt settlement so I can at least afford to pay rent every month instead of paying all these CC bills. What do you think? Business is still running but not enough to cover all bills. I'm also just started working full time to help paying all these bills. Stupid moved on my side of buying the business! I have $0 before the business.

I am sorry to hear about your business not running as expected. If this business doesn't sound helpful, you will need to sell it asap. For your credit card debts, you can put it under some debt management program. Or, you can hire a settlement company to negotiate with your creditors. Speak to the consultant referred by this website. He will help you in setting up a plan with the creditors.
