never had account with them

my husband has never had an account with this company. they tried about 6 months ago and told us his banking account number and all his private informantion. now they are calling again but its not the number you have listed. this number is 1-877-514-9379. the tried saying he was going to be prosucuted. the funny thing is when we would try to call them at night time (6 months ago0, it would go straight to a funny 411! once i threatened them with my lawyer i called the police, then called my bank and all 3 credit reporting companies to put a fraud alert on his account numbers. this mans name is i think thomas griffen but i spole with a michael 6 months ago and just today. the first time they tried this they could provide no docet number nor a courthouse where this was suposably filed. also, the first time they ever called they were suposably located in florida. i couldnt get any info from this this time because i refused to give them my husbands name. this comapny is a fraud as far as i can c. they claim he borrowed money from online and never repaid it but none of this is true! make sure u get in touch with your local police and your bank!
