I have never used them, hopefully someone will come along soon to help you out.

I will share my experience, granted my situation might be different. My wife and I were having many problems and I thought we were done with the relationship. She could no longer handle the creditor calls while I was of to work. I was refereed to New Era and saw how Gerri Detweiler recommended them. I was fortunate to be able to get a hold of additional funds but I completed my program in less than a year. EVERYONE there was more than willing to help. Today I know what they meant about living debt free! I live on a cash basis and love every moment of it. I must be honest I could not have done it without New Era so I am most grateful for what they have done for us, now my relationship is better than it has been for a very long time. From every cell in my body I encourage you to become debt free. It is worth it!
