Still nothing? I remember seeing a list of all banks with the information. Someone took the time to get all of the information and post it here. Does anyone remember?

Also, I don't think it's Teletrack you're trying to avoid, but Telecheck.
Teletrack is the company payday lenders use to report a client's performance on payday loan payments.
telecheck is where a consumer is reported for NSF checks, closed bank accounts with negative balance left unpaid, or fraudulent activity on a bank account.
Telecheck is the system that will make it difficult to open a bank account.
