I received a citation from court to answer the plaintiff north star I did so. I also sent a registered letter asking them to validate what I owed . There has been no demand letter or validation of any kind before the citation was sent stating I was being sued. The court is set for Feb. 2011. It's Oct. 2010 could someone suggest a course of action.
